We're happy to introduce Matias Vivone, our Process Analyst & Business Consultant.  At Wings4U, Matias is responsible for developing & implementing internal processes, customizing tools and technical support. This is very dynamic role that requires a lot of focus and thinking out of the box. We took a few minutes to ask Matias some questions.

Why this role, and why Wings4U?

Balance between professional and personal life has been one of my biggest challenges. With the digital revolution, working with colleagues from every part of the globe, but being in a concrete box from 9 to 6 was contradictory. When I read the Wing4U values I realized that I wasn't the only one thinking like this. That was why I didn't hesitate to join the team.

Why this role? Everyone has a different profile and different structure of thinking. I am more analytical than creative which is why I knew that this role managing the infrastructure and tools of the company was a great opportunity for me.

Do you have any experiences worth raving about?

Of course. Being in the office of the brand you love from childhood, presenting your project and being congratulated by an important person is priceless!

Also the international places I’ve been because of my professional career… Las Vegas, Prague and Singapore so far; I hope to enlarge the list soon ;)

What makes you tick? What are you passionate about?

Travel in the first instance! Being in places so different to what you are accustomed to. But of course, meeting people and sharing experiences - that’s more important than a beautiful picture.

Playing guitar is also one of my passions. I love that moment when you disconnect from your routine and start improvising different melodies trapped in your head.

What’s your favourite quote?

I cannot select only one… let me choose two :)

"He who is not courageous enough to take risks will accomplish nothing in life" - Muhammad Ali

"Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end." - John Lennon

What’s your favourite music / bands?

I choose the music depending on my mood, which means that I have a crazy mix of bands and singers. I will try to make a top 5: The Beatles, Oasis, Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes and Guns & Roses.

But also for focus on working or studying I listen to Mindfulness, a Spotify list.

Which book and movie would you recommend to everyone?

“The Alchemist” by Paulo Coehlo. I have read that book more than three times and I always learn something different.

Movies? I prefer TV series (House of Cards is my favourite, by the way). But talking about movies I would say that “Love & Other Drugs” with a chocolate ice cream is an awesome plan.

If you could go to dinner with anyone (alive or not), who would it be and why?

My grandpa. He passed away when I was 19, the perfect age when you start learning from great personalities. He was an example of life for me because of the hard challenges he had to overcome to achieve what he achieved. Having one more dinner with him would be full of great anecdotes.
